  1. Its mental health Awareness week. With Millions affected by mental health issues daily should this be classed as a national emergency? Should unlimited funds be invested into this problem?. Hello, Thought i would share my recent experiences with anxiety and panic attacks which has become a real issue affecting my life on a weekly basis now This suddenly appeared in my life last november out of the blue while away for the weekend in edinburgh for a xmas shopping break away with my partner... i had a very sudden yet servere panic attack which resulted in the paramedics attending to me at the hotel.
