There sure looks like there is a bit of bubbling up going on here in the Emids, whether it comes to anything I don't know. Saw the odd flash n rumble after midnight on monday/Tues but nothing since. I need a good storm! -
Pretty decent show tonight here in the east midland, very nice flashes and rumbles. My first storm of the year! It has finished of my day off nicely! Cheers.

Hey! nice cb just passed over in the last 30mins. 3-4mm hail followed by heavey rain. funnel cloud was lookin likely with the rotation. Some great cg lightning and a few good cracks of thunder. Its on its way southeast ish. Enjoy Some pictures, rubbish phone quality tho. Joey.

Ayup, Got one overhead, moderate/heavy rain for the past hour or so, thunder and lightning although not very frequently, i'd say a strike per min. When the dark base was approachin, i noticed very low and fast moving cloud, whats that all about? never seen it before. Anyway the rain is intensifieing as it moves to the east. Heres a nice pic of the storm approachin from the east as i face north ish. Also a pic from about midday when i was in the car driving south on the m18 from hull way. ta.

Ah finally got to the pc <_< Storm hit over me at about half 3 this afternoon, was a good'an. Took the opputunity to take a few sound recordings of the thunder, that went well. Think that storm has dissapated to my north, an' I can see what looks like another cb to my south so ya never know. Good luck

Hi Been lookin for a cheapish £20 - £60 home weather station that will tell me information like outdoor temp, dew point, pressure, and storm warning Wonder if any of you guys could point me in the right direction - can't spend too much tho cos i'm skint cheers, in a bit Joey.

I live in the midlands Mansfield to be precise - last year we had some awesome storms! One i remember in particular was huge, a real monster - quite suprising for england. Hoping for a good stormy summer this year! Joey
