Winter/drab weather habits are here... caffeine intake UP, booze intake UP, exercise amount DOWN, tiredness levels UP, moaning levels UP UP UP...
Surely you drink more on the long summer evenings?
i dont hardly drink caffeine, dont drink booze, you lose more weight when you have a run in the cold (but food levels generally rise), not tired if you have a good feasible regime. moaning up until the festivities begin!!!!!!
Summer drinking is slower and less often I find than winter.. Need more sleep in winter but there is no time for more sleep thus more caffeine needed to keep awake. And more sugary things.
