Part of the Birnbeck Pier in Weston-super-Mare has collapsed.
The walkway of the historic structure has fallen into the sea. The structure was listed in the top ten most endangered buildings by the Victorian Society.

I find it strange how there are some members who have voted for the same season in each category...
For me, as a coldie, winter wins hands down. But I do like autumn and spring.
I despise summer. Especially when it's hot. But even when it isn't hot, you still get irritating insects and sunburn. The only redeeming feature for me is the occasional thunderstorm, but they really are occasional.
We agree on something!... p.s I i guess mods see who voted where?.. I voted winter as best as love snow and colder weather.. Least.. Summer.... Again not surprising for me.. cant stand hot weather Since i wear shorts most year round unless bitter winds
