  1. Where's the bird thread? I've just witnessed a seagull killing and eating a pigeon.

      Large gulls are quite predatory in their natural environment, especially the great black-backed gull, which is the biggest in the world. Those things eat rabbits whole and are usually the apex predator in their territory. The one in the article above looks like a great black-back on account of its pink legs.

      The one in the video is a lesser black-backed gull (yellow legs).
