    With the winds changing, how far inland do we expect these showers to push?

    Looking pretty good some parts of the South East, looks like West-ish London will miss out on these sadly.

    Certainly will be taking a more southern track, at this rate South West, West, North West and North London should see some snow at about 23:00

    How good is the raintoday radar? Just purchased premium and it puts a lot of ppn over North and West London come 1030pm.

    Temps down to 1.4 and DP down to 0.2 - sadly no sight of snow, hopefully we'll get some throughout the night.

    Hoping that lot that's running from Bicester eastwards manages to clip West London - looking good for those North and North East of London and beyond.

    We're getting there slowly, temp really dropping off quite rapidly now.

    Temperatures slowly dropping off now, looking likely Greater London will get something around the rush hour mark.

    Some parts of Bucks will see snow, it's such a vast area.

    Temperature has shot up to 4.3°C, looking likely that this afternoons PPN will turn from rain, to sleet and then finally into snow as the sun goes down - more than likely see a good 1-2 hours of snow from 4pm onwards. Tomorrow morning's rush hour looks interesting too.

    And yet it still continues...... haven't seen a gritter all day - strange seeing we have a School next door! Part of me hope's this cripples the Metropolitan line, could do with a day off work!

    Very odd, thought we had seen all our snow for tonight, judging by the radar this should surely die out fairly soon? Little odd that it started up again!

    Crazy, it's started snowing again in NW London, lot heavier than earlier aswell?

    I'm working at Whitehall so guess grit etc plays a massive part in that!

    About an inch so far in Harrow from what I've heard. Nothing settling in Central London, but was to be expected.

    Several briefing rooms, could be any one of them. Going to be a very busy day at Whitehall tomorrow!
