Looking forward to warmer air approaching from South by the weekend.

Living in the East has its benefits most of the time as it’s drier and sunnier except when this chilly North Sea gloom kicks in then it’s yuck. Very grateful though as many have seen a few storms already this year.

I’m in Huntingdon at work the precipitation has increased but its wet and sleety.

Hi Tom, to fix posture and 90% of shoulder issues do bar hangs. Had similar shoulder issues last year, just get a bar that hooks over any doorframe and hang from it for a minute or two three times a day. You don’t have to lift your feet off the floor at first it’s just getting the shoulders opened up will do the job over a few weeks.

That must be so nice to hear the sea all year round. Also do you have low light pollution to allow for stargazing?

Was surprised how raw it felt earlier outside and yes feels colder than when it was sub zero.

Certainly will feel warm compared to recently after acclimating to the cold. However I have a feeling that the in new year cold will return.

Stunning day with the family making the most of the winter snow. I’m very grateful that in Cambourne we have an amazing country park that surrounds the whole town.

Feb 1991 was truly exceptional, it snowed for at least a whole day. There was 12 inches in Braintree where I grew up and max daytime temps of -4 Celsius. I remember the depths were up to the tops of my bmx bike wheels! Would love to hear anyone else’s memories of this event as this region did very well I believe.

We purchased a de humidifier two years ago to keep the humidity down during winter months and yes it makes the house feel warmer and you save money on heating too.

Morning all car thermometer said -9 this morning, lowest I’ve ever seen it Keep safe out there everybody. Going to feel tropical on Sunday with double digits forecast.

Hi all, have to agree with some on here on the longevity of cold. Here in Cambourne it’s still full snow cover with only main roads clear. Picture taken last night at 20:00
