    Woken up by the sound of the wind. Seriously gusty here (Burgess Hill). Such an eerie sound!

    Just had an epic downpour here. Wind has calmed down since earlier.

    Looks like I was just that little bit to far west. Few rumbles and some rain. Took a drive over the downs and caught some lovely flashes but all over Eastbourne way.

    Looks like that squall will pass through here in the next half hour. Wind has picked up slightly but still very humid.

    Lovely day here, took a walk along the seafront at Brighton. I didn't think I'd need the sun cream... How wrong I was!

    Wind picking up here, strong breeze and gusty at times. Sky has a heavy look to it.

    Thick sea fog here in Brighton. Slight breeze coming off the sea dragging the fog further inland. Generally quite horrible outside...

    Lovely day here, tidied the garden and then took a walk through the local meadow. Sun was surprisingly strong and I'm now sporting a very red face.
