    Nice covering (few cms) everywhere except any surfaces that retained warmth - so roads/pavements/concrete still clear/wet.

    18Z says: Big Daddy Atlantic low (hardly trying to break through) spawning 3 channel lows in a wraparound train effect ending in a col. Snow in many places nationwide during this period. Gets juicier at 270 but the cold pool has gone. Out there is well into la la land. Interesting early spring.

    Purples over UK and Eire (low thicknesses). I've seen -4 to -8 850s over plenty of controls and spaghetti perts in the last couple of days. Chances of lows, mini lows, troughs and features in the flow.... Looks like we'll get till Thursday in the sub -3 850s Interesting to watch over the next couple of days. Good luck all.
