  1. Paul, That's the screensaver off my mobile phone! I'd take a picture but my phone is also my camera at the mo. All quite here in White City - just clouds, clouds and clouds and not even interesting ones at that.
  2. Just had a short sharp "shower" here in White City

  5. Paul, Is that a not so subtle hint that the Cherry Cakes are out the window to be replaced by ones topped with my newly invented Galaxy icing?? I am experimenting with cupcake recipies at the moment. Will be sure to only bring the best! If anyone has any favs please PM me, also allergies in case I go crazy and make a few coconut! Hugs Jo -x-

  7. What they said! Ok, Seriously... I think everyone on Tour 2 knows how much of a great time I had. Firstly Appologies to everyone on my tour for the Tornado Torrets - I think it should be an official medical condition as I'm sure there were a couple of other people who had symptoms too! Thanks to Paul for some brilliant chases, lots of driving, teaching me stuff and letting me press buttons! To Brucie (Tom) and Ian for safe driving (even when we couldn't see) and getting us where we needed to be. And thanks also to Dave for sharing a room with me and being the biggest, most amusing, flirt ever - Amarillo Dave should be your name! Mark for helping with the i-pod abuse! Danny for putting a load of footage on my hard drive after I lost mine. Everyone else - You guys were brilliant! See you next year! Jo -x-
  8. Hey Guys, Is this your tornado close up? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/us_and_canada/10211165.stm Dave V found it on BBC news - I'm sharing cause I'm kind like that
  9. 2nd time lucky? Gut says far North Eastern Kansas borders. J x
  10. Amazing pics guys! Pat - I figure every tour is the only way to avoid the post chase blues. If I ever win the lotto....... I get really happy and really sad every time I see a pic of a storm I didn't see Enjoy every minute Tour 4! It'll be over quicker than you know it.
  11. Hey All, If that really happens then me n my lil car storm will be off on a road trip - who's with me?! xxx
  12. Found a map to find a target town and I like the area between Beaver, Perryton, Beaver, Woodward and Canadian - so as a location the cross roads (Zoomed in and it's around Rosston/Laverne) near the I64 as storms seem to be liking the old interstates this year.
  13. Hey, I'm a new learner and this is my first guess at a target area ever!!! I'm gonna go a bit further south than you just to be different and go for the oklahoma/texas panhandle border area. Based on the tri-point, how the storms moved yesterday and guessing if there will be any outflow boundaries left from those. Hoping thats the right way to think? Jo x
  14. :cray:But mostly  Hope those guys are getting in the f*@!ing car ok xxx
  15. And thats all I have to say about that. xxx
  16. According to the wonderious invention that is my HTC phone the time is now 11.02 in Dallas.
  17. Hey Dave, Mark and I land on Saturday the 8th (same day arrival as flight) and get home a day after we leave. Dallas is 6 hrs behind uk time. Well, I've packed two first aid kits and a survival kit plus I'm a qualified first aider so don't panic... Hope I won't have to use any of that though!! J x

  20. This calls of a desk happy dance.... dododo, dododo, dododo
  21. Oh my, Had to re-packed for the hundredth time - gone back to the big bag as I'm happier taking that than trying to carry a smaller heavier bag across london, along with my not so light hand luggage of laptop and camera. Bonus - can slip these in the case and remove at the airport so nothing to carry on the tube - yay Not to mention I need the wheels with my bust knees, back and shoulder after a fall on the weekend. :doh:Doah! Will be all better by sat though I hope. Hopeing my knees have reverted from black back to their normal colour or I'm going to look very amusing in shorts! LOL:D
  22. I haven't even packed them.....either pair.... Just want to say a big thanks to everyone posting the outlooks and to those summerising them for people like me who don't speak the lingo. Much appreciated xxx
  23. LOL - I'm not the only one then! I keep changing my mind about which bag to take - think I'm going for the bigger one again. Multiple reasons but mostly if I'm gonna have to check the bag in the hold anyway because of liquids I should use the one they're less likely to loose. Oh and the wheels! Carring a big bag across london the the tube may not be fun! The outlook is sounding very positive and the charts look great (from what I undersatnd....) Soooo Exciting!!!
