    Well, it's a wee bit breezy oot there! Much worse than Bawbag. The whole house is shaking. Not much that isn't tied down is going to survive this.

    It said on BBC news that the Scottish cabinet has tonight given advice to Local Authorities that schools in the East of the Central Belt should close at lunchtime and schools in the West of the Central Belt shouldn't open at all tomorrow.

    It's been seriously blizzarding here for about 2 hours. I'm in South Lanarkshire. Just drove from Glasgow. Roads really bad from Hamilton southwards. Wasn't this the same weekend last year that the snow hit? :smilz38:

    Really heavy snow in the South Lanarkshire area. A total blizzard in fact. Just drove from Glasgow. Roads horrendous. Took this photo of my car about an hour ago. Snow much deeper now.

    I've moved all my pots and baskets to the sheltered side of my hedge.Wonder if the Met Office will give the Central Belt a 'red alert' at some point???

    Oh wow! I'm on top of a moor about 10 miles from Lanark. The snow falling here is absolutely incredible. Total whiteout. Glad I'm safely tucked up at home.

    Loads of snow last night and most of today My back garden this morning I took this photo during a blizzard. That's why it's a wee bit blurry

    Started to snow about 15 minutes ago. Quite blizzard like at the moment. I think it's starting to lie too. (25 miles south of Glasgow)
