    Got my nans funeral at 9:30 in tunbridge wells on Monday, which means a drive from Ashford! Any ideas anyone??

    I know that this isnt exactly on topic but is Kent likely to get any snow on Sun into Monday as I have my grandmothers funeral at 9:30 on Monday morning? any thoughts??

    It is actually snowing the hardest that we have had over here !!! Still only a 3 on the Murr scale though

    Well it is still snowing (very lightly) down here. We have had in excess of 13 hours constant snowfall, for the accumulation of .... 3 cm

    It has been falling all day here, but still only about 2 inches. very very small stuff. At least Chelsea won !!!

    I am lucky, Hubby runs an online wine business (caseofsix.com) so we always have samples in the house Back to the snow- hoping for 4-5 inches. Would make up for the disappointment so far !!!

    We have it blowing in the wind but not a great deal. It looked like it was getting heavier but has died down again

    Just started in Woodchurch (Ashford) coming quite heavily but small flakes. just starting to cover the little close we live on.

    Really cant see the heavy stuff getting as far as Ashford, with the se winds it gets pushed away to our north before it gets here. We have missed the showers on the east kent coast and now to miss these as well, its just too much!

    Quick question: If that system coming across swings a bit to the North East, would we get convection from the Channel? I often hear of this from North Sea but never from that direction. Is it solely because winds from that direction are normally warmer?

    Guys quick question I have just watched Nasaneen on sky weather and their radar indicated the wrap around which I understand but in the North Sea after that is a great big blob of white stuff. Is that likely to hit? The path of it looked like it was coming straight for the South East from the Dutch/ German coast. Am I reading this right?

    Very light dusting down here in Woodchurch. Has been snowing very lightly since early doors. The cloud broke but has now reformed. It suddenly feels snowy if that makes sense. Yesterday didn't have the feel of snow for me but today it suddenly feels closer. But what do I know .......

    Bit misty here now, radar shows something over me but nothing falling from the sky! light dusting has gone from the roofs over the road but ground is still covered. 1.2c out side.

    sounds like its gonna be freezing rain! Reports of it making its way down, so dont hold your breath......

    Miss the forcast tonight, but lets hope Kaddy is right! Anyone know if its going to be much and where it is coming from? Any good free radar that i can watch?
