Similar, but I think I had a mild cast of heat exhaustion. -
I also think I experienced some heat exhaustion - tried seeing whether I could manage without the fan, but fell asleep and woke up feeling warm but not sweating. Turned the fan back on and drank a load of water, but, owing to disability, couldn't get up to do much else.

Dropped to a minimum of 18.8C overnight, though our bungalow stayed at 27.5 internally.
