  1. Good to see you've added 81 to 10 average SS, very handy to compare it to 61 to 90.
  2. Hopefully a pattern change, we really need the rain now especially the southeast, followed by a dry cold northerly which wouldn't be too bad.
  3. If this was Winter everyone would be moaning how boring the current pattern is.
  4. Netweathers headline is southern warmth fading with a widespread cool settled spell starting friday, looks much cooler from tomorrow for the midlands.
  5. Yeah temps around 10C colder by the weekend will be a shock to some.
  6. I must've missed all the action today then.
  7. The average April min is 4C so its completely normal, who are these people who don't want cool nights anyway, most people like them.
  8. Yeah but miles better now with foggy cold nights, mid to late summer has horrible warm nights that last into autumn, even next two nights in a very warm snap aren't too warm.
  9. No cold daytime highs now until November at the earliest for the majority, single figure maxs are going to be very hard to come by for southern britain mid April onwards, nights like last night definately can still get cold until early June. Looks like HP domination for the foreseeable future, stunning Spring so far.
  10. Eventually those charts will come off but not for a long time, Frosty is on a roll.
  11. After this morning looking nice and sunny in the south, turning very warm by tuesday, as ever any cool and unsettled weather is pushed back. Next weekend could be warm and humid with a warm SE'ly flow.
  12. It hasn't been oppressive at all, this is perfect warmth with cool nights. Warm spells aren't uncommon at all in April, overhyped as per usual by the same people who tell people night frost isn't unusual.
  13. All in all a pleasant month with lots of warm sunshine, the CET for March 2015 would of made a very mild month just a month earlier with much warmer sun.
  14. Getting rather tiring to read anything not supporting warm and dry an outlier, GFS 18Z isn't exactly warm next week, as damian said the other day April is when you are likely to see northerly blocking, nice pleasant weather with temps around average looks the most likely.
  15. Yep we certainly felt the suns power approaching summer strength last week with prolonged warm sunshine, felt very summery after 6 months of cooler sun.
  16. Nice sunny summer. Why do you always post sensationalist headlines, complete waste of time, still waiting for all that snow.
  17. Lucky you picog, no sunshine at all here, today makes a complete joke of those ramping up the warmth, last week felt much warmer in prolonged sunshine.
  18. This never materialised though Frosty, blustery heavy showers here now and feeling anything but tropical in PM WNW'lys.
  19. Yeah though some for some strange reason some are calling it great when its been a nice week.
  20. That mean chart will give lovely warm sunshine, wish people would stop saying its cold, its only at night, daytime feels warm, to get cold feeling days you need a combination of cloud cover and strong winds/rainfall, this week has proven cold uppers alone aren't enough , the afternoon sun is too strong.
  21. Lovely pleasant weather next week, no cold or warm days to worry about, just perfect daytime maxs 7C to 13C.
  22. Yesterdays uppers weren't warm yet it brought a beautiful Spring day with a beautiful clear frosty night before and after.
  23. It won't be cold enough, looking disappointingly cool and cloudy from the east next week on GFS 12Z, very wet this friday as a front stalls over central areas. GFS 12Z is very chilly for the weekend bringing in some -5C uppers, max of only 5C on Saturday with dull conditions, its going to feel brrrrrrrr.
  24. Both GFS/ECM agreeing on a chilly easterly early next week then the atlantic trying to make inroads, could turn chilly and wet in the south or miss us completely keeping the chilly easterly theme. No signs of any prolonged spring warmth or proper cold spell.
