26c is our max today. Expecting 28-30c tomorrow!

Another stunning GFS 06z. Quite a few models seem to be going for high pressure to build pretty strong again next weekend ish and maybe push just to our East again. Could this hot spell be going on towards the 20th!!?!?!?!? Lots to be resolved but to me it seems any unsettled weather keeps on getting pushed way back. Long may it continue. ECM 00z Ensembles for London are pretty much Bone dry till at least the 20th!

The cloud this morning is minimal. They are very small insignificant clouds really and never block the sun for too long. Heights are too powerful to let anything more develop. And this isnt just the Midlands but S England too. Should clear this afternoon and is already clearing here infact. GFS 06z looks like being even better than 00z thus far! Looks hot and sunny ALL week here!

Geez, GFS 06z looks like it could be even better than the 00z! Really special charts at the moment. The next week AT LEAST looks very sunny and above 25c here!

No I maintain my original post. How on earth you can say that cloud developing over Wales is pollution is beyond me - the same as commenting on a maximum temperature at midday?!?! Haha.. I will say no more on the matter though. We agree to disagree.

Malvern reporting 25c too. I'm in an urbanised area too. I suspect mine above is a little too warm but 24-25c I'm confident here especially when 80% stations here are showing that.

Heathrow isn't necessarily the god of high temps. All stations pretty much at least 24c here.

Yes some are but almost all stations are at least 24c and most in my locality at 25-26. We are frequently one of the warmest in this region.

Search stourbridge on wunderground. Mine is reading 26.7c in the shade right now but did have a little sun on earlier so may a touch too high still.

Non stop sun here albeit rather hazy but its very warm already - Currently 21-22c.

Should be noted the ECM12Z was at the cooler end of the ensembles for mid next week. The Mean and Control were all much higher. And the spell of warmth continues way into FI only dipping around the 16th. Rain is non existent till at least the 18th!!! At least for areas West of about Leicester to Oxford etc, Id say this is good to go for pretty much the whole of the next week being extremely sunny and extremely warm or hot. I do agree about low cloud being a potential problem in the East but rapidly burning back in the very strong sun.
