  8. Low of 1.6c overnight, 2nd ground frost this Autumn. No frosty bin lid though!

      I think it will be a cold winter too, this year is certainly going to be different to what we are used to in recent years.

  12. Love this evenings GFS showing sub 0c uppers 850s backing westwards across Europe to the UK. Admit its way too early but as synoptics go its nice on the eye!

      A southwesterly flow is what we don't want to see.

      Nope, 6.2c this morning but some places in the North York moors may of had a grass frost last night as numerous spots were at 3c
