  1. Morning all, overcast St start to the day again as the beachcam confirms Overnight low of 10.2°C at: 02:50 has crept all the way up to 12.1°C ...
  2. Ha, methinks you got the good stuff, it did brighten here for a while before going downhill again, as the graph shows.. Even the beach only has a few stragglers..
  3. The beachcam says it all really A stratus covering this morning, no rain (unlike the the suggestion form the forecast loop from yesterday). Overnight low 11.5°C at: 00:00, currently 14.2°C
  4. So, are we hedging our bets tomorrow, cloud and no rain, cloud and a drop of rain, OR cloud and measurable rain...?
  5. Peaking at 19.8°C at: 14:24, a pleasant afternoon sipping apple juice in my sons' garden..
  6. Wow, could you afford to be in Sandbanks, it takes me months to save up to visit!
  7. @Mapantz any chance of new topic for the Summer (and possibly the Autumn)?
  8. The beachcam doesn't lie, it is exactly that, clear blue skies and sunny with the temperature on the rise..currently 18.3°C
  9. Morning All a chilly start, currently 5.3°C, just above the overnight minimum..
  10. Hmm, folk lore and a cold winter, well I think I'll pass on that idea.. Down here, I had daffodils in bud up until about 2 weeks ago, now that's late..
  11. It's struggling but it's getting here (slowly)...the blue sky that is..
  12. Morning All, a cloudy start as we sit to the edge of the rain affecting the SE this morning, however blue sky is to the west as the beachcam confirms Overnight low back in to the single digits with 8.7°C at: 02:47, currently 11.1°C with a light breeze in from the NW, RH78%..
  13. Morning All (again), the temperature has moved slightly from the overnight low earlier to 12.9°C currently, whilst the St layer seems not to be wanting to move rapidly today..seemingly covering a large swathe of the area As the beachcam confirms..
  14. Morning All, overcast and dry, with the temperature at the overnight low of 11.3°C (52.3°F)...
  15. A few spots of rain, nothing measurable (and there's unlikely to be looking at the radar), now temperature down to 16.3°C.. ...cleared the beach of a few folks
  16. Take the same period and see how the difference is notable for a forecast one day after the other: Monday 14 Jun - Monday 28 Jun Confidence is typically low for this period, but it seems most likely that changeable conditions will characterise most of this period, with plenty of fine weather around but also spells of rain and showers, particularly but not exclusively across the north-west. Temperatures are likely to be around average, although this doesn't preclude short hot or cold spells during these two weeks. Tuesday 15 Jun - Tuesday 29 Jun Confidence is typically low for this period, but high pressure looks to be most likely with generally fine and dry conditions for most. However, the risk of some showers developing through the days is still possible with perhaps cloudier conditions and outbreaks of rain across the far west at times. Temperatures are likely to be above average.
  17. Morning All, a double digit nighttime of 10.7°C at: 05:00, currently 12.8°C, a light breeze in from the E and RH 75%..
  18. It tried and tried but it couldn't hit the 24°C mark today...23.9°C at: 12:29 currently 22.9°C Another busy day on the beach...
  19. Warming nicely, currently 21.8°C with some high cloud creeping in a little..
  20. Morning All, heading towards double digit overnight, with the low last night of 9.2°C at: 05:39, currently 12.1°C with RH 81%..
  21. Seeing some cloud to the NW of Corfe as show on the webcam, to the right hand side..
