  1. Afternoon All, a mix bag for this morning, quite an active squall line (tornado reported near Stoke on Trent at 06:35) which pumped up the wind and poured down the rain, now we have bright warm sunshine. Interesting to see these lines come through from a stats perspective: Noticeable pressure changed, wind direction changed, humidity leapt, temperature fell and the sunshine quickly shone through once it had passed. Meanwhile the overnight low of 6.5°C at: 09:54 has risen to 9.3°C, RH79%, with a fresh breeze from the N, with a few clouds at an altitude of 2,500 ft and broken clouds at an altitude of 3,500 ft. On Golden sands quiet now the schools are back, with the sole surfer having the waves to themself.
  2. Morning All, faint sunshine this morning due to the veil of high cloud shown below: The overnight low of 6.4°C at: 07:08 has risen to 12.6°C, RH68% and light air movement from the N. On Golden sands the beach bar is busy
  3. Morning All, the on/off sun cycle must be set to "Off" today. The overnight low of 11.6°C at: 07:30 has managed to climb a whole 0.5°C this morning, with the RH92% and light breeze in from the SW. From Above a large part of the area free of cloud On Golden sands - meh
  4. Sssssshhh, you’ll frighten the water companies, their a nervous bunch at the moment with sewerage overflows!
  5. nettie Similar here, a couple of butterflies floating around today and a couple of snails coupled together to which I left them to it and merrily dropped them in to the green been to finish things! Some fresh bird food has enticed the robin down to the table, hopefully before the fat b*st*rd pigeons arrive to eat the lot! Meanwhile the maximum today pushes the high for the year so far up to 17.3°C at: 14:49, still with some high cloud across the area:
  6. Morning All, a cracking morning with the overnight low of 9.6°C at: 03:46, currently 15.0°C, RH82% and light breeze in from the WSW-SW, with a few clouds at an altitude of 2,000 ft. From Above On Golden sands
