    It’s looking like nothing much is going to happen anywhere. Seriously a massive let down. I’m sat inside sulking atm lol. I’d rather it be boiling hot and Sunny so I can sit outside than have just that heavy rain shower we just had. You could see the instability in the clouds but now it just looks like another boring old weather day, although brightening up a tad and now only 19c. Can’t see us getting anything more now.

    Well this is a pile of poo so far. Just peeing with rain. I’m getting the dreaded feeling now I usually get round here and not going to get a storm now

    Can definitely tell there is a lot of instability there today. It literally feels like the atmosphere is about to explode atm

    Blues skies all but disappearing here now. Been for a walk up my road and can see the shower that was over towards Oswestry way (first two pics) and the last pic is in my garden looking towards Deeside way. There is now a nice breeze on and off but when it stops god it’s so humid. Feels like a pressure cooker. All day my head is whirring and I’m dizzy and my ears blocked and cracking. Hoping this is a good sign lol

    Same here in Wrexham. It’s absolutely glorious. Not a cloud. Nearly died on the school run though as it’s so muggy!!! I’m feeling excited and hopeful for later on

    The cell moving away that not long dumped it’s deluge and had very high up sounding booms for a time

    Just had the most weirdest black cloud overhead and a monsoon for 5 mins. Could hear constant booms from it and then it just stopped and sun is back out now. Nothing showing on the lightning detector either.

    This is a really weird storm by me in Wrexham. Constant grumbling and then you get a massive fart like boom that goes on forever. Not seen any lightning so far but am loving this!

    Yes this is towards the south of Wrexham. Died off now but we’ve got the rain just hitting here. I WANT THUNDER lol

    Been hanging out the bedroom window listening to this storm rumbling away Saw one massive flash but that’s it. Seems to be dying off now.

    Pretty regular Thunder rumbling away to my north west now (towards Holt way) Had a massive heavy shower but sun trying to come out. Hopefully will kick things off again. Very humid!

    Noticed the clouds had gone very dark to my south west, here in Wrexham. Took this pic and then there was a loud rolling grumble of thunder lol.

    Really dark to my south west as well and extremely muggy. I can’t see anything happening though either tbh. Might be pleasantly surprised though. Will be peed off with just rain though, as I wanted a bbq this evening haha

    Just had about 8-10 flashes and rumbles from a storm on the outskirts of Wrexham. We’ve had more storms here in a week than we can have in a whole year lol

    Just been for a little storm chase up to Bangor on Dee and back. Seen about 10 good bolts of lightning and some LOUD thunder. Not managed to catch any of camera, but liked these clouds! Thought a tornado was going to drop down at one point lol Can anyone tell me - are these the updrafts?

    Blue skies in Wrexham now and warming up again. Nice cell way out in the distance to my SW! Wonder where that is over?!

    I did enjoy it. Nice little surprise as I was finishing work. Sun is now out and blue skies. Mad weather lol
