    0.7C and still light snow. Ground white but very thin covering now on road.

    Yes, it's definitely turned back to persistent light-moderate snow here. Temperature is falling as well, down to 0.9C. Was 2.1C just a couple of hours ago.

    Sinking feeling here. We had half decent snow Wednesday night into Thursday but since then it's been the wrong side of marginal. Sleet/wet snow falling at times but basically a dud now as things stand.

    Temp up to 2C and I've lost most of the snow on the ground from the previous days.

    Temp back down to 0.8C and precip more definitely snow now. Unfortunately it'll need tk be heavier to settle on the wet surfaces. Still a thin layer of wet gruel though!

    Previously, I've seen rain in Aberdeen but get to about the turn off for Kingsgate off the B999 and it's settling snow. This winter, it seems much, much further inland...

    Lovely cold, sunny and frosty winter's day today. Wind now picked up and the temp up to 1.6C.
