Thunder snow?

Just woken by some thunder and lightning.

Grey day today with some light rain around lunchtime but not cold.

Cloudy start but lovely sunny afternoon and evening. Max of 20.4C.

Pleasant enough day with max of 20.1C. Skies have cleared now too.

I was up in Shetland today for work and it was very humid. Low cloud delayed my arrival but it was sunny when I was leaving. Back home and dry! I think we maxed out a little over 20C according to my weather station.

A cracking day here. Sunshine from the off and feeling warm. Max of 22.8C. July turning into a very decent month here.

Cloudy start and also cloudy when I went into Aberdeen but warmish. Came home and this afternoon has been warm and sunny. Max of 21.6C, very nice.

Showers forming just to east of Montrose now according to radar. No lightning in those yet...

I was lucky (?) enough to experience golf ball sized hail in Buenos Aires back in 2006. The noise was tremendous.
