  1. Last night as I was getting ready to go home from work, we had the most amazing storm! The rain was absolutely lashing down, so hard, that even though my office windows were shut, it managed to get in. Admittedly they are very old, timber windows, but this rain was the heaviest I have ever seen in my life. The thunder was none stop. Seriously. It wasn't like a crack of thunder and then that was it for a minute, it just kept rumbling. Only a couple of lightning flashs, but the monsoon rain and the thunder made up for that. Incredible!
  2. Sorry for the late report, but I had a massive storm last night (wed) on my way home from work. Completely unexpected. The rain was torrential. The roads were flooded and the actual water on the road surface was about 2cm deep. The drains just didn't even get a look in. Obviously it was an awesome sight, but as we driving at the time, it wasn't the nicest situation it could have been.
