Only one little sunspot remains on the surface of the sun today! I wonder how long it will be before the first spotless day! Feeling excited! :-)
lol wouldn't waste your time karyo, 1978/79 winter was one of the coldest winters in the 20th century and solar activity wasn't low then
I personally think that the maximum is behind us and the more time passes with very low activity the more chance that this is correct.
I think there is a theory linking solar activity/sunspots and and lightning, may explain our lack of storms, I would like it turned up then please! although is it proven?
