    Give me north east flow very cold uppers and lines of heavy snow showers off the north sea.we never do well on set ups like last nights

    Thought there maybe a warning out for the wind later,looking like gusting to around 55mph in our part of world and maybe 70mph over north norfolk this eve

    Thumbs up to met office, bbc etc storms out of know where ,seeing lightning every 20sec or so from storms to south of me

    Big storm here about 7 45 this morn hail,loads lightnning,looks like about 10mm fell in about 10mins,local flooding and some flooded homes in the area,a storm just to south of us at mo just missing us to the east

    Temp still dropping 2.7c at mo from 5.2c,and can see showers upwind off the coast from here now,some where in east essex, kent and sussex going to get lucky in next 12hours think

    looking on euro radar loads showers north of holland,winds turning north east and -10 upper air coming over us thurs we may be in with a chance??

    Looking at radar looks like kents going to get some fairly heavy showers,very slight covering here overnight,think any showers here will be rain or sleet during daytime.thurs looks very cold with strong north east winds

    Line of storms now over mid and north essex,still dry here in clacton ,but reports of heavy rain and loads lightning in colchester and witham areas
