  1. No Snow from this event in south Worcestershire/Gloucestershire Border, just rain! Well done to all that go some though!
  2. Just seems that the GEM is playing 24 hour catch up to the other models. I think it will fall in line with the ECM and GFS.
  3. Happy To see it showing the colder mean again but this is no guarantee things cannot swing back. Not saying it will by any means as the current outlook would do very nicely indeed but I would be a lot happier if we were seeing this Thursday into Friday. I will wait a few more days before either celebrating/Throwing toys out of Pram. Still we are in the game and that is what counts for a very festive Christmas!
  4. I am happy to see the trends towards Colder and possibly Wintry weather but.... have been here too many times before with charts showint "Stellar" Outcomes for the near future. I am happy to enjoy the eye candy but I will start getting more excited if the likes of the 18z is showing on Thursday Night
  5. Snow in Upton Upon Severn. Rare at any time of the winter, let alone April!
  6. This picture and your thoughts have saved the mods 1000 moved posts! This is what the vast majority want to know when they come in here. You cannot get much simpler and better interpretation than this for the up and coming Cold Spell and will answer a lot of peoples questions. Well done Sir!
  7. Looks Like Gonzo's Nose! Or Cyril Sneer! Things Shaping up nicely Bitter Cold is knocking on the Door but would like to see more consistency across 3 major models as we near the Start of February. We are starting to see Cross Model similarities for the first time this winter however for deeper cold.
  8. I am south of Worcester, hoping to see a few more flakes, most of the 4cm we had earlier melted as the temps raised.
  9. But then Parts of North America witnessed periods of devastating Cold and Snowiness last year when the PV dropped in on them. Although unlikely if this happened to us we would still witness very harsh conditions. Not so much when this might happen but IF this could happen given the location of the UK and the more typical setups we experience. It could happen but things as always have got to be correct for our little Island to get the cold on our doorstep.
