Very light snow flurries here in benfleet, kids getting excited from just the few flakes coming down

Big hugeflakes her in Canvey and its really coming down fast, i didnt think i would get very much as i am right on the seafront, getting very very heavy as i type,come on snow, 5-10 cm will do me !!!

It has finally started snow on Canvey now, nice steady flakes coming down and settling nicely, cornflake size flakes

hmmmm very weird current temp is 1.2oc here and dewpoints 1.2 also NW direction at present it is heavy sleet, heavy enough to cover the cars and the grass, regards michesnowsbest

Paul it is so strange, have a closer look outside, are you sure its not snowing, it is still snowing here, that dry washing powder snow, but coming down fairly heavily, you would never had known i had been out in the car an hr ago, the road has no tyre tracks anymore and the driveway looks like i never went out, have another closer look , you may be surprised regards michesnowsbest

snowing here again paul, had a trip into southend about an hour ago, and i must admit the further into southend i got (london road) the less snow was lying, on my way back noticed more as you come in my direction, roads are clear southend but still lying in the middle of the roads here, nearly missed my driveway, as the snow outside is very icy, and my car span round, nearly pooped myself, anyway fresh new layer coming down as i type , lets hope you get loads more paul regards michesnowsbest current temp-0.9, dewpint -3.3 wind ESE

just started snowing here, dry snow washing powder snow i call it, had flurries on and of all day but just whipping around in the wind, this is coming down pretty hard, lets see how long it lasts !! regards michesnowsbest

Yes it is a day to remember even my 14 yr old commented that she hasnt seen snow this deep and lasting this morning , as far as she can remember she said anyways but she said she will remember today for a long time, i said yes you better as what we are doing to the planet at the mo you may not see it like that again for another 14 yrs. i tried to stay on my feet also this morning i had my 2 german shpherds with me 1 of which is a 14wk old puppy and 5 of my 6 kids. I will treasure today as all my kids and even my new puppy got to see some great snow today and we definetly have made the most of it . my daughter is gonna kill me for doing this but ho hum , i told her she didnt need anymake up on as it was not worth it as it would come off in the snow and smudge , well you know wot 14yr olds are like no we had to put some eyeliner and mascara on and ho hum look at the results .
