That's a seriously good picture. If it was mine it'd be one for the wall for certain. My only slight niggle, and it is very slight, is the lean on the shack and the tree. A very wide angle lense?
Yep, shot with a 10-20 lens at 10mm!

They actually pick you up from the terminal rather than car rentals. You need to phone them though and ask to be picked up, they'll ask what terminal and then give you rough idea of where to wait (between gate 22-26 for example). Usually just head outside when you pick your bags up and you'll see the signs and buses picking everyone up. You can get a cab but it is expensive for such a short journey, about $25!

Hi Jodie,
I actually used my phone a lot the past 2 seasons I've been out as the quality really is good these days. In the heat of the moment though using a digital slr sometimes isn't the best option if you're pretty new to the game. Lots of fumbling around with settings on it and head down looking at the camera rather than what's happening in front of you and you could miss it all! Don't let that put you off though as some time spent learning how to use it could give you some great results. Mind you, Paul has been trying with his for over 10 years and is still failing...

Here's the video of the second and third tornado. I didn't get the first as I was on the wrong side of the car driving. Amazing chase again and such a buzz to be getting so close!
Warning, language is a bit fruity a few times but you just can't contain the excitement! Watch in 1080p for best quality

Started the day in Scottsbluff, NE. Headed down to Ogallala for lunch and made the decision to dive south west to play the Denver cyclone. We were treated with a near stationary LP supercell near Limon, CO that dropped at least 8 tornadoes! Many pics and video were taken. At one point there was a lovely cone and landspout satellite on the ground! Here's a quick video of one of the tornadoes. The structure was unreal with a visibly fast move meso on it! 7 years of chasing and this is by far the best chase I've had to date!
