  1. Must have had some issues as you couldn’t see the weather warning map on Met Office site this morning Still can’t view them
  2. That's one clever bumble bee (forgive me) Just been out for a little walk, enjoying the spring weather. Whilst I love snow I want the weather to warm up a bit now. The daffodils are coming out and blossom is on the trees. Even got some washing out
  3. You are correct Mattwolves. BBC use Meteo group for their forecasts but weather warnings are issued by the Met Office.
  4. Can someone give it a nudge over the A66. It's painful to watch but feels bitter outside so we might see something soon
  5. Lightening and thunder in Darlington. Hopefully this is going straight over us
  6. That’s interesting as there is something brewing just to the south of Darlington and it’s so humid
  7. Agreed, in Darlington it has been raining lightly for 2 hours. Plants are happy. It was on the NW forecast this morning
  8. Another storm developing to our south west and south East
  9. There wasn't much when it came through on the Lightening on option on the radar but it was a beefy, short little storm non the less. Looks like it's getting more energy and heading straight your way. Fingers crossed for you
  10. It’s just passed through Darlington. It was short but intense rain and wind. A few flashes and rumbles then one almighty clap of thunder. 5mm of rain in less than 10 minutes. Short but sweet
  11. Hoping it gets to Darlington. I can see and hear it in the distance
