This is the heavist amount of settled snow ive seen. 5-6 inches. Cars just about able to get up the hill near where i live however travelling very slow alone the estate road. Still snowing very finely here again now having stopped for about half an hour

Its been snowing here (buckingham nr milton keynes) since about 8pm without stopping. Have about 3 - 4" out on the road. Temperature is -1.5 according to my outdoor thermometer. Still lots coming down however it seems to keep getting finer and finer, so guess its going to come to a stop soon? Not sure I've seen this much snow at once before.

Just started snowing here in Buckingham, quite a bit, setlling on cars, roofs etc. Been very cold all day.

just hit here in buckingham, heavy, very dry snow, temp has dropped from 6.2 to 4.3 in a few minutes.

not really sure if this is the place to post this but thought it should be told. just had the most bizarre weather. storm clouds gathering for about the last hour then about 10 minutes ago it broke, we had a rapid hail/snow storm, with it settling on the roads and grass, faint gathering of white everywhere, car alarms going off. to accompany this had brief thunder and lightening, knocked our power out and was interupting the phone lines. i live in buckingham, which is near milton keynes. wonder if any one else is experiencing this weather today! x

Its still snowing here, about a cm on cars. There is ice beneath the snow on our drive and a bit on the road. The main road near the house is more slushy than snowy!

Hey! Heavy thunder storms in buckingham, near milton keynes at 8am today, was raining from then until about 2. No flooding as I can see but reports that roads all around are closed due to flooding! Weather is now windy but no rain.

Its been snowing snowing in Pompeym Portsmouth for around an hour Not very thick. Has slightly settled

Snow shower here in Buckingham at around 9.00 this morning, woke up to completely white surroundings. Been cloudy all day. Heres to more snow! :o

Had a terrific thunderstorm here in Buckingham this evening. First saw lightning in the distance about 8Pm. Storm intensified slowly until massive flashes were lighting up the whole sky. Seemed to move very slowly, and was completely dry at first. Then it became really intense with very loud crashing thunder and torrential rain. The power went off over and over again and we lost all service on our mobile phones. Thunderstorm lasted until about 9.30pm but is still raining steadily.

Thunderstorm and very heavy rain came through Buckingham around 11.30. Lots of cloud to cloud lightning and one cg with long loud rumbling thunder in direction of Milton Keynes.

Sky went from clear blue to dull purple in about 10 minutes at 2pm with slight rain storm, sadly no thunder now sun is shining brightly but greyish clouds on the horizon

Lots of snow here in buckingham, yet most of it is melting, come on more snow. Apparently there are meant to be 3 blizzards over the next two days!
