Started of bright and sunny hurrahnow going downhill with cloud looming around, plants on table outside that were rescued from demolished by wind greenhouse their stay in garage seems not to have harmed them. Another casualty from wind lost more fence panels so turned into an expensive spell of windy weather ouch

Here we go again grey dreary skies cold and fresh breeze to make things chillier, hibernation still seems a good idea today.

We are still getting hammered here in suffolk with rain thrown in as an added bonus seems it will be a good idea to hibernate this weekend.

Just seen a kamikaze wagtail trying to take off from neighbours roof in tremendous wind gust, anything funny to brighten up today is appreciatedjust waiting for the next big gust

Think most of us are living in the weather nightmare at the moment. -
hubby trying to stick greenhouse poles back together at this moment in the kitchen, still very wild out seems other people having casualties because of wind latest appears to be flying prawns

Entitled to feel grouchy now, weather wild and little greenhouse is victim of violent wind gust earlier luckily most little plants survived and are now in the garage

Horrible here baby weather wet and windy, seems some of us get grouchy like the weather at the moment think we are entitled to as i am feeling rather cheated now not being able to wear summery clothes and closing curtains early with heating on as its so gloomy out.

grey murk here now after an earlier bright sunny start, also quite windy and hear we are in for strong winds and temps on the low side for several days. Little greenhouse has been secured firmly and row of bricks placed around base is this late spring? or time shifted to early autumn

About 6pm lovely storm at last only short lived but heavy rain hail and flashes of lightning accompanied by loud crashes of thunder even lost the tele signal for a couple of minutes.

Weather having fun and games here very heavy hail showers thunder booms 3mins then all quiet again very puzzling as to what to expect as forecasts seem all over the place

Bit of excitement just had quick heavy shower and a few rumbles of thunder

Lovely start here as well but same as Blazerblue big clouds building up and also a pesky light wind, storms what storms is the thought for our area non on the horizon yesterday and will get bypassed today probably.

Here its chilly as well, been out for a hug enjoyed my hug with a warm coffee mug indoors at local cafe

Same here but fair amount of cloud around now. Family in spain on the costa del sol they live there have had 34 degrees, family in portsmouth have had it dire so we are in the middle zone here today.

Had a lovely morning here but seems to be going downhill now, wind has picked up and although the sun is out we have a lot of heavy cloud around. Managed a nice coffee out at yoxford but not looking forward to tomorrow, nice to sit inside but hopefully will not meet a give me a hug person. I am not into lots of public displays of emotions really I am not a look at me type of person at all always thought that was more the theatrical artistic types thing or those who like doing selfies

Seems soggy suffolk will be good description for us, no sun, tiny shower earlier and rain in forecast for next few days. Today has been gloom and murk sat with heating on now, at least meccano kit has been erected told hubby it is a good erection pretty firm wind shouldn't demolish it!!!

Looks like everyone else is in hibernation cannot say I blame them as its orrible orrible here and looks like it will be chilly and wet for days' is this the ouch factor?

Wondering if the weather has been affected by less pollution because of lockdown which has resulted in less travel or possibly by volcanic eruptions!! there could be a knock on effect from such drastic events. -
Grey gloomy and cold not much else to say about this miserable friday morning, weekend looking not much better either if forecast is correct

We had a quick shower here, heating has gone on as its rather chilly and greenhouse has arrived still in its box as its not nice enough outside to put up a large meccano set

Dry at the moment but overcast with a chilly easterly breeze. The weekend looks non to entertaining wind and rain, thank goodness for central heating and warm jumpers, looks like summery stuff is on hold indefinetly. Little portable greenhouse being delivered today ok for seedlings that are growing on the window sills will protect them from these cold winds.
