Carol on the bbc forecast, looked very positive for snow in our region for today, tonight and tomorrow!!

This is the area I cover in my delivery job, guess its going to be be fun the next few days😂😂...5am start in the morning !

Starting to accumulate here, this is a bus route outside mine, no buses passing anymore😂

Turning to sleet/snow from 5PM ish, then snow flurries/showers for the rest of the week, with ice days!!

The rain should turn to snow this evening and then will freeze, any snow showers this week will accumulate and not thaw until fri/sat....hopefully😂

Is it just me or is there a very south/south east bias on the model thread!?

Looking good sat aft/evening here, to put a covering down b4 the streamers set, should stay a while as well, temps not forecasted to rise above 0c until Friday!!

What would we be looking for the low to do to improve cold chances on this chart?

My 1st post, looking forward to this incoming cold and possibly snowy spell!! Looking likely that the temp may not rise above 0c from sunday until fri/sat at least!! Are we classing that as a cold snap or spell??
