Heavy snow/hail shower started out of nowhere, blue skies a moment ago, everything white again. crazy weather.

Snowing pretty heavy here now.. at least 2 inch built up in past hour.

Snow starting to fall here, giving a slight covering but nothing much at moment.

Few light snow showers here today, hopefully a few more to come.. could well see some into next week also possibly.

Well after another few decent days of nice weather, could it actually be that we get some return of winter, I'm skeptical to whether we will see any snow, but could be the case.

Not posted here in a while as been quite a boring few weeks weather wise.. getting slightly more interesting past few days , rain and wind last night was relentless here, Showing 80% snow (heavy) for early hours tomorrow Although somehow I can't see it happening. Hoping for some more spring like weather now after this spell if nothing else, last week was a nice taster .

So close...yet still won't happen, be extremely surprised if it did.

Yea true, I was never expecting to see any snow but they need to sort out their automated forecasts though as they are all over the place.

What I don't understand is how they can warrant putting heavy snow symbols and then say there is only a 9% chance of precipitation , surely it would be better to put a a symbol that represents the higher chance as most people just look at the symbols.

Don't show that to the Met!.. they'll be putting out Amber Warnings...

What snow?.. Considering moving to Norway!! only way I think I'm going to see snow for more than 5 minutes at a time.

Met office had me down for Heavy snow earlier today.. not a flake!.. it now says light snow.. not a flake!.. what's the point in forecast if they're always wrong ?

Well latest GFS run has just canceled winter for the foreseeable.. hope it doesn't pan out that way.

Obviously going to change as such a long way off.. but seriously? The models don't even want to give us hope anymore, they're figuring out we have zero chance of snow

Yep.. were all doing just as badly, is there anyone on here that has actually done good from this spell, surely it can't have missed everyone- now that would be some suspicious shizz ?
