  1. Nothing wrong with that ukmo tonight. Definitely should be some snow around with that set up for sure. And this isn’t even the main coarse yet. Such a world away from this time last year. All roads seem to lead to cold and snow at the moment.
  2. To be honest looking at the icon this afternoon that isn’t a bad start cold and dry next week. The easterly for next week has never really been expected to be frigid and snowy. It’s around the week commencing 11th of January where my interest lies. By then we should have a good idea of the situation with the ssw. And we could well be seeing some mouth watering charts for cold and snow lovers everywhere. Just a case of been patient. But I do believe we are in for a very cold a snowy spell for the U.K. in the not too distant future.
  3. That will soon change towards the end of next week. I wouldn’t worry too much about that. Anyway eyes down for the 12z output.
  4. So from what I’m seeing it looks like a very slight relaxation of the cold. But definitely nothing mild showing on the models whatsoever. Let’s hope the ukmo run from this morning is on the money. But even the gfs & ecm aren’t particularly that bad. So from my very little knowledge I have compared to many on here it a slight relaxation of cold next week before we then head back into the freezer with snow opportunity’s for many of us what’s not to like definitely a far cry from the last few winters.
  5. wow I almost spit my coffee out this morning. What fabulous output we are seeing at the moment. We are heading into the freezer make no doubt about that. Thank you to everyone here for there great analysis. I’m still very new to this but great fun learning.
  6. Long time lurker of this cracking forum. So finally taken the plunge to sign up. What a fabulous chart this is. I look forward to seeing we’re we are going these next few weeks. Lots of cold and snow ahead I feel.
