  1. Berlin hits 85F in the shade! Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnn from the suuuuuuuuuuuuun! (Which sadly was not as hot as today's white blob) You can't even be outside for more then 5 mins before being sunburned and I am not easily sunburned. Could run out for hours as a kid without sunscreen. The atmosphere IS different today regardless of the cause.
  2. PS. Am I doing something wrong as I'm being shadowbanned or something which is more of a YouTube/Reddit mentality: Whenever I search for the song I get these weird results noting to do with the song on the video part: To the wave with wind song - YouTube Another thing I'm going to have to force out of Jesus when The Lord comes back and go further on the run. I am glad I'm a fugitive from him and will NEVER surrender to him and his dumb ways. I know your all part of his conspiracy and guess what? I'm not gonna change! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
  3. He was on the right trail but somehow lost his way. His website was not mouse friendly designed for touch only but asside that it looked fairly decent as no other site exist that has localized data you can pick and choose. Welcome to nginx! 5. How was the infrastructure impacted during this cold spell and how did it effect life?
  6. There was a thread where someone posted a website he made to compile local weather data. It was buggy but eventually you could find what you needed. Sadly the post and anything related is gone. Did he get banned?
  7. There seems to be nothing that says that or even hint it.
  8. Going for 110+ on most models for PDX this weekened/Tuesday! Max insane runs show 120F with Seattle easily surpassing 100F with no sweat. Can we trade weather please? I'll gladly let you have that kind of weather with London hitting a high of 109F joining the Sacramento country club. Sacramento GB.
  9. Cmon over to western Oregon where we have had our summer ridge since early April with only two days of rain this June! We have had the driest spring at 4 inches of rain. Was 2 and 1/2 inches until the June moderate rain events which put us closer to average for this month but still FAR FAR below average and deep in the fire zone. Now we are looking at death ridges and possibly 100+ heat next weekend. Boardman Coal Plant is permanently shut down to add more strain to the grid and our lights have flickered more then usual this year which we hardly ever have it! Yay! Let's all have brownouts this summer. Good thing I bought a decent USB backup.
  10. So what were your worst power cuts or issues this fall/winter and spring period? What was your worst issues you faced regarding infrastructure to either your house or things connected including pipes?
  11. Sorry but the early 20s beat you to the punchline!.....never mind the blog has been scrubbed along with many good websites on search engines. Sites I used to see are gone now. Scary the levels of censorship. I didn't fully believe Google would try it's hand at the 'Ministry of Truth'.
  12. Feels like some of the Mandel Effecters (I choke trying to call it that as I don't think it has anything to do with Mr Mandela) are right. It really does feel like we lived in an alternate timeline and anybody would laugh at us if we mentioned how society would turn out to be back then and asked us to be voluntary committed!
  13. I don't get it. Why do some post get insane replies where people like you and me get hardly any? Your thread deserves recognition. I have a question. Was the power outages widespread with that much structure destruction?
  14. How cold in your area and what type of homes are more likely to have this issue? Does it ever happen to public places too?
  15. For example northern vs southern UK or even western UK where it's more mild? Which areas are 'tougher' against wintry weather or grind to a halt more easy? I can't imagine most of the UK being as bad as London.
  16. I dunno what you mean as I get random weather stuff with just the words 1979 when I type that in.
  17. What parts of the UK are good or bad at handling snow and wintery weather?
  18. I looked or tried to look at the rest of his 'channel' but it's a mess like they just haphazardly threw it all together. Do these people have no concepts of playlists? They throw everything into 'videos' so you have to shuffle thru hundreds of videos. Sadly no one will do it. Do phone people not mind things being done randomly as on a PC it's click scroll click scroll click and scroll or scroll and click.
  19. On the third picture why is the fog so dense to the left? Some kind of water source there?
  20. Do you think it could be where on the high pressure your placed? If your on the north or eastern end of the high would that affect things vs being on the south and west quadrant of the same high?>
  21. Does UK fog ever get as bad as Tule fog where things shut down when it gets thick enough at the right times?https://www.bakersfield.com/news/whos-calling-the-fog-delays/article_11988c9f-6dd3-56b1-a6c6-edcb1df37363.html (Use AdBlock plus) Here's a snippet: Weather delays, 2000-01 to present 23 Days of fog delays in greater Bakersfield* area. 102 Delays or closures due to ice, snow or fire in El Tejon School District. 30 Delays or closures for snow and ice in Tehachapi and fog delays in Belridge, both second most after El Tejon. 11 Days of widespread delays in Bakersfield area in 2002-03 alone. Widespread fog delays by years in greater Bakersfield 3 in 2000-01 2 in 2001-02 11 in 2002-03 2 in 2003-04 2 in 2004-05 2 in 2005-06 0 in 2006-07 1 in 2007-08 (*) Greater Bakersfield includes, in most instances, all Bakersfield-area high schools and elementary school districts; all Shafter, Wasco, Delano and McFarland schools; Lost Hills and Elk Hills schools as well as Richland, Pond, Semitropic and Standard.
  22. In your part of the UK what causes school closures and is it like the US when it happens or do they do things differently when they do close over there? Also what's the most number of closures in one year?
