Light snow blowing around in Polegate now, Wind getting up.

Once again in Eastbourne just boring rain, iam off now to go and clean the BBQ!

Lovely drive into Eastbourne this morning 7.0c,beautiful blue sky and mist in the fields and on the lakes, simply lovely!

I just can not help but think what this would have been like if it had happened during January or Feb,wonder if it would have resulted in a dumping of snow? I remember years ago during the eighties cant remember what year exactly, but a front come up from France and it produced heavy snow for southern England.

what I find with yellow jackets is that I just leave them alone, because come autumn time they die off and leave a empty nest,which will then put off any future wasps from returning to the same area next summer, wasps are very territorial and will not go near any other nests that are active or dead! so leave up any old nests as a deterrent.. happy days!

Rather disappointed here in Eastbourne, not one raindrop! the lawn could really do with some rain now,the storms seem to be missing us completely down here.
