Hi...in St Leonards on Sea near Hastings...i can hear thunder! Drove through 2 thunderstorms on the M25 on the down from the West Midlands. Pretty pleased as i wasn't expecting it!

Constant, deep rumbles here, brightening from the south.

Gone very grey to the south. Started raining, i can hear distant rumbles also.

We've had sunshine, rain, hail, sleet and snow today! Now as i type we have thunder and lightning! All seasons in one day!

Currently snowing here in Dudley after heavy winds and rain all night. The snow is relatively heavy with big flakes. It's even sticking despite the fact the ground is sopping! My car is covered!

Sadly i would agree. Winter has been a bust for our area. Just out of interest, is the temperature display on a building near Barons Court Hotel? (I'm from Brownhills originally, small world considering you're from Walsall Wood, also seen someone from Pelsall on here too.)

Facebook has lovingly pointed out that 3 years ago today; whilst driving through Rushall from Aldridge i slid into the back of another car at the traffic lights by McDonalds due to a massive dumping of snow! Those were the days!

Lol! Atleast you're getting something Walsall Wood snow! It was drizzle most of the night here. Ironically i'm from Brownhills originally, live in Dudley now and have only seen snow settle here twice in almost 3 years!

Just stepped outside for some air. It's so wet!!

How many times have we seen the dreaded "Eastern shift" over the last couple of winters? I don't get excited anymore; it's not worth it. 2011/2012 no substantial snow, very wet though! 2012/2013 late snow, massive snow drifts in places. 2013/2014 no substantial snow, 1 light snow shower seen in Walsall whilst driving through 2014/2015 no substantial snow, very stormy 2015/2016 - A few showers with a couple dustings, November and January so far. I hope i remembered all that right, the winters seem to merge into one big damp windy mess lol

It's snowing moderately here too! Rush hour commute into Birmingham is going to be fun tomorrow!!

My God it's blummin cold out there!! I missed the snow this morning...not at work until 11am so i thought i'd have a lie in lol. Typical!!

Huge flash of lightning and crash of thunder here! Came out of nowhere! It's throwing it down now!!

Just had a torrential down pour with a massive flash of lightning and booming thunder, i jumped out of my skin! Was not expecting it at all!!

Really coming down now! Everywhere is white and clean!! lol. My little black car is turning white!

I wouldn't be surprised! It's ridiculously warm and humid out there! I'm watching a movie so i've not been paying attention lol

Just had a short sharp shower here, light rain most of the night so far so it came as a surprise.
