    On the other hand, this pattern is definitely better than the strong polar vortex pattern of 2020.. There is potential out there, even if it does not verify at all. At least there is something, with a polar low close to Moscow, and not this catastrophic Eurasia High which destroys completely the winter for the whole of Europe
