    Just back from Stirling, and surprised to see a distinct lack of snaw on the Ochils

    Gutted I missed the Aurora last night, was wet and miserable here.

    Plenty of Aurora activity tonight, and no moon. Just back from daughter drop off at work, -2c and clear skies.

    Bit of a heavy snaw shower at present in Bannockburn.

    The lightest of dustings overnight, which to be fair is a miracle given the rain yesterday. Crystal clear air now and very cold.

    Still incessant rain here in Bannockburn, but the temp has dropped since this morning.

    Pretty foul outside at the moment, heavy rain been on for a few hours.

    Feb 2018 was BFTE, it shut the M80 for about 18 hours, as myself and a few locals handed out food and drinks all night, there was thunder snaw in with about 8" to 10" fall in a day. The red warning can out in the morning, and we were sent home at lunch time, but can't remember the exact date.

    Rapid melt underway after a good inch or 2 blanket around 2am. Going to be a cold week for my youngest on residential next week @ Barcapal

    Just oot for dinner just outside Gateshead and snaw is on, settling well.

    -9 this morning when I left Stirling. Now in Gateshead and its -1c and pelting down with SNAW
