  1. Surprising snowy\sleety mess at 7am but did not last long. Cold but nice end to the day
  2. At last a cracking day of sunshine, even managed to get washing oot and dry. Caught lady Aurora last night.

Ditto, but the drive up the M9 from Falkirk to Stirling was interesting, lots of debris on the hard shoulder, and some tress teetering on the edge on going over near to M9 junction for Stirling services. Facebook has some good video of the sub station hit last night, that lit up the sky blue and orange.
  5. What an absolute beast of day. Torrential downpours on a very gusty wind, and the wind chill is horrible.
  6. Opposite here, kids awake, dogs wanting out then refusing. Really wild outside
  7. Just watches the TUI in to Glasgow do the same, but headed straight South, last I saw was passing Carlisle
  8. Rain now lashing down, and wind has picked up. Wishing I had stowed away with daughter and her boyfriend at 4am at Edinburgh Airport, as the sun beating down on them now in Barcelona. Congratulations @Northern Strath
  9. Just arrived a Perth Airport and not a flake to be seen, but 5 gritters passed either way on A9 and A90
  10. A few wee flakes falling here in Bannockburn, car park loons like it's dusted with icing suger.
  11. I hope so, but then again I have a trip out to Perth Airport tomorrow lunch from Stirling that could be fun.

  13. Well the sunshine lasted long Now raining after an early morning deluge of sleet leaving a nasty slush mess on the roads.
  14. Finally the rain and wind have stopped. Was starting to scrub up on carpentry and ark building skills. Went for a walk at Kinghorn this evening, lovely clear crisp cold air, and a full moon. Some snaw up top of the Pentlands as seen from Kinghorn -1c here now.
