Bit of a white slushy mess this morning. Pretty horrible out there.

At last a cracking day of sunshine, even managed to get washing oot and dry. Caught lady Aurora last night.

Ditto, but the drive up the M9 from Falkirk to Stirling was interesting, lots of debris on the hard shoulder, and some tress teetering on the edge on going over near to M9 junction for Stirling services. Facebook has some good video of the sub station hit last night, that lit up the sky blue and orange.

What an absolute beast of day. Torrential downpours on a very gusty wind, and the wind chill is horrible.

Opposite here, kids awake, dogs wanting out then refusing. Really wild outside

Just watches the TUI in to Glasgow do the same, but headed straight South, last I saw was passing Carlisle

Rain now lashing down, and wind has picked up. Wishing I had stowed away with daughter and her boyfriend at 4am at Edinburgh Airport, as the sun beating down on them now in Barcelona. Congratulations @Northern Strath
