    Should be a much warmer and humid feel to the weather as we head through the weekend,highlighted by dewpoints between today and Sunday,maybe even a storm or two.

    Nice to see many in the region getting a covering of snow,had just over a couple of inches here and was quite heavy just after midnight. Could be a few convective showers this afternoon,and more snow chances over the next week.

    Strange watching the radar animation with the front moving north and the convection off the sea just mashing into it from the east.

    The LP currently South-West of Ireland is set to track across Southern England and should force some heavier precipitation as it gets nearer.

    For my location this has been the most snowless winter of the last 10 years (December-February) with only 7 days when falling snow was observed. There was a couple of decent cold spells though so i'll give it 3/10.

    Pretty much all the models get snow into the region for tomorrow and friday now,including ECM,so no doubt updated biblical snow warnings to come this morning from the met office. UKV has some decent looking showers moving in from the north sea this afternoon and overnight as well. Down to radar watching now.

    Yes,was quite a heavy hail shower around tea-time and still some lying around. Hopefully scrape some north-sea showers tomorrow.

    Yes,the 18z is pretty much perfect for thursday/friday. If it would only verify like that.

    TBH i'm more hopeful about tomorrow's possible showers than thursday's possible snow.
