Just got back from Royal Albert Hall, really heavy snow on the way down, but nothing in London lol. Got back to another 3 cm here in tamworth, not bad for march lol.

Anyone think i will have trouble getting to the Royal Albert Hall in London tomorrow? I love the snow but on this occasion I really hope we don't get much.

Been snowing here since 10pm, just about starting to settle on grass, roofs ect. Looking good on radar too.

Temp rising here too from 4c to 5c in the last hour or so. Don't think there will be much snow here.

Means more snow lol, but maybe only the sw mids!

It did stop for ten minutes lol, started again and slightly bigger flakes atm.

Light snow here for the last hour or so. Tried cycling 6 miles to work this morning and came off my bike going down a hill on watling street. Turned round and came home with a poorly shoulder lol.

Nice big flakes here now, probably had 2 or 3cms on top of Fridays snow.

Storm starting here, T&L for the last 10 minutes or so. Radar showing some bright echoes heading this way.

Contrails I would say, they do look a bit strange though. Maybe a few ufos moved through at high speed lol.

Well my post this morning saying I didn't expect much rain here has been proven wrong lol. 23mm now and still coming down heavy.

Looks like NE England is getting the worst of the downpours. Can't see there being much rain at least here in tamworth anyway.

Well that was a very unpleasant walk home from the pub, wish I had stopped in and watched the footie now lol. Nearly 10mm here according to my weather station.

i have only got a Alt-Azimuth Mount, I was told astrophotography was only possible with a equatorial mount. But with alot of Patience and time even the moddest set up you can get some stunning images. I wish i had got a DSLR now, As i would love to take some widefield shots. But for deep sky the DSI is a very good camera for it's price. Very espensive hobby though lol. This was my first attempt at M42 with a webcam in january 2011. A good 800 frames stacked with deep sky stacker. But only captured the core. But this image got me hooked as soon as it popped up on screen.

Hi all, Have just came across this thread, And thought i would share my orion nebula photo. Taken with a Meade DSI color ccd camera through a skywatcher 130p telescope, It's the best i have managed yet, But i know i can get better with a longer exposure. This one is 120 x 5s exposures stacked.

lol, we all know what would happen there then, Clip the post and go wide.

Just rain here, notice the showers have no problem reaching here when it's rain. But when it's cold enough to snow they die out lol.

Same here, showers seem to die out as they hit my area lol.

Storm here in tamworth only a few rumbles from it so far.nice to see a decent downpour though.
