I'm in Godalming too and also have heavy snow again, which direction is that band over the channel travelling?

Heavy snow here in Godalming for the last couple of hours, looks beautiful best we have had all week! ?

Kold, just south of Guildford we have about 10" looks beautiful and its just started heavier again, hoping for another couple of cms before it all freezes tonight!!

Is this band moving south west towards surrey (guildford) and if so will the rate drop much?

Is the front just planned to hit the far east side of the country? Or is it making better inroads?

Storm tracker, Took them a couple of hrs ago Im in Godalming just outside Guildford was the most snow I have seen since I was a kid, Its 11" deep on top of the ford ka!

Went out for a walk with my wife and 11mth old son this morning as couldnt get to work!! took some photos hope you like.......

Its still snowing here in Guildford and we have about a foot it is absolutley incredible and just think theres more to come!!

Will the front moving up from france this afternoon be mainly snow or rain? where do you think the cut off line will be with regards to the warm sector?

Anyone know roughly what time the front is expected to push up tommorrow and how long it will stay in the south for?

I cant believe it!! I wait all this time for a snow event like this and im supposed to be getting a flight from gatwick to Egypt at 9 tomorrow morning bet i get stuck at the airport for hours!!! DOH!!!!! I would rather be out enjoying the snow!!!!!!!!!!!
