    Im aware car temps are not accurate but mine is now saying 2 degress. Was 4 an hour ago.

    Complete silence .... we had about 40 mins of loud wind but in the end nothing much. Im glad and hope those in the firing line dont suffer too much damage

    I think the warning may be out of date. Latest forcast for us updated at.9pm shows its nearly done here. I gather its got loads more to give elsewhere

    Came over Leicestershire and where i am it didnt do much. Our loudest gusts were 90 mins ago. Seems to be fizzling out in these parts.

    Living in Leicestershire we have both a yellow and amber for wind for tonight. How does that work ?? Also in the period of the amber warning we have from 60 mph to 20 mph gusts forecast. All seems a bit of a mess.

    Was all that thunder and lightning around 530 tonight expected. Lots of flashes north of me towards Nottingham

    Im next to the river wreake in Leicestershire. I was dreading today but its actually turned out to be an average flood event. Happy chap tonight. Feel for all those who've had water in their property, aint nice!!

    Thrussington. Was a long day!! Id only had my house a year . Im hoping brentingby and frisby pits will be empty and ready to take the strain. The river has risen this evening and i wonder if thats them clearing out any water before the main event?
