  7. 28th July 2019 - Big (potentially supercellular) storm near Haines City, Florida

During the evening of the 28th July 2019, a big thunderstorm developed around 10 miles to the NW of Haines City, Florida. This storm showed signs of a rotating updraft, which could have made this storm supercellular. The image below is one of my favourites to date..

  8. 29 July 2019 - Massive storm develops over Haines City, Florida

A massive, or possibly severe storm developed over Haines City in the evening hours of the 29 July 2019. Distant CG bolts were visible to the SW for over an hour straight, before sea-breeze convergence came into play and made a storm erupt right overhead. The rain with it was extremely heavy and around 6-7 inches of rain fell in an hour. In fact, the rain that day was so heavy that my pool overflowed the following morning!
