I am starting to hear the odd rumble, but nothing on the radar, near me.
-
But saying , the emsworth cell may be back building.

Yeah, less dark here in Southampton and things have turned more drizzly, I expect that cell to pass to the North of here as it seems to be heading in a WNW direction.
Despite it turning pretty dark here, no lightning from that downpour which has just pushed through.
It's look like it they may heading more for Winchester., but again I have a feel it will fizzle out.

There is a nice looking cell heading for eastleigh just north of emsworth, but hard to say if it will stay that way.

Sounds absolutely beautiful. Heavy rain, occasional rumble. This is the kind of stuff those relaxing thunderstorm videos are made of.
Storm just a few miles away now.
And a nice chill temp to boot

We have just had around 45mins of heavy rain, nothing special. Thought we might of had a couple of rumbles but nope.
-
Heavy rain Chichester, little hail, no thunder and or lighting
-
Looks like a cell forming of the emsworth area.

Breaking News: It's thundering. Lightning striking a few meters into the channel .
Is that one or two cells, look like two on the radar.
-
Looks like two more cells, just over Worthing. Could be one cell but looks like two..
-
Good morning,
Seems to be a nice line of cells stretching from kent to hampshire this morning. Seems as the though stronger ones are over north Kent.
Nothing here this morning, over cast.
-
I am watching to see if the cell north of Chichester grows,
-
That Ilford cell looks good
-
Very quite around here, I was hoping the patch of something hovering around Worthing might turn it something but looks to be fading away to nothing now.

Apart from the Worthing development around 1300 today most of these cells have been weaker than recent days.
A vital ingredient lacking somewhere, certainly at this stage.
My eyes turn to the French coast
A light show as dusk comes maybe the best bet here now, can't see them surviving a channel track, if indeed they even try it.
I am watching that I wounder if it finds it way over here?

Horsham cell seems to be growing

As you can see the showers popping near Southampton have nothing to sustain them, to maturity its taking about 15minutes then they die a rapid death.
I have been watching them, too. I wounder if those two will combine?
-
Horsham cell seems to be drifting west, plus I watch the maybe cell just over Worthing seems to be drifting west as well...
-
Breeze is picking up again here in chichester but nothing on the radar,
-
Looking south towards northern France, have you seen the weather over there,?
-
Anyone seen the cell just north of Newhaven, not sure it's a new one or a piece of the Brighton cell?
