    I remember a few years ago the parking sign on the other side of the road was completly covered. Its about 6 or 7 foot high. Ill try and find the pic

    I can see that van from my house ?? and the rest of the road ! I left our house at 3pm to do the school run. It was getting really bad really quick so went 15 mins early. At 3.30pm cars were already struggling to get up Alexandra road. Then the normal traffic for rush hour just grinded to a halt.

    Came through bourneville just befor 9.30 was a covering on the road but nowhere near as bad as weoley castle which is just about 1/2 mile away.

    Left Solihull about 8.50pm to get to Halesowen just off Junction 3. heavy leaving all the way to frankley services. Then from there into Halesowen a light covering. Back here it’s just mostly sleet. Amazing how it can change within 1km from the road completely covered to a light dusting.

    -3.3 here. There is a big difference on the roads from Birmingham dropping down to Halesowen. Some very nasty roads and not seen a grittier yet.

    23cm now in Halesowen. Was 20cm about 11am.

    This is some serious snow here. For the 1st time I have know the warburtons bread lorry hasn’t delivered to the shop on our road. The shop owner was carrying it up on a sledge
