  1. I have just said that! You mean south of hull and into lincoln? Seems a lot happening further north now! About time!
  2. A prominent gap around Lincoln at the moment. Theres more happening to North of that and that area of lLincoln is near the amber warning. So with all due respect to many members, I still think there is a lot of now casting element to all this. So I would wait and see what unfolds..
  3. Showers towards scarborough look good for here. Streamers overrated anyway. Got to be very lucky to get under one, heavy showers providing you can get a good run of them deliver just as well in my experience!
  4. Flamborough way seems to be getting interesting on radar for these parts of county. Radar does looks like trying to turn into orgamised snow.
  5. I notice precipitation usually peps up and intensifies as it comes towards this side of the pennines.
  6. Do you think parts of Wakefield and Hudderfield will squeeze a bit more snow than say those in the northern part of West Yorkshire, that will likely get 8 to 15 cm Scott? Huddersfield borders South Yorkshire, feel like theres a good oppertunity to stay with in the moderate to heavy precipitation.
  7. Think the further South in West Yorkshire you are the better. Huddersfield looks better than say Bradford etc. But there will be a lot of heavy snow showers even if people miss the streamer. Plus I can imagine smaller streamers will pop up anywhere last minute, as well as organised streams of showers. They do tend to shift up and down. Think Leeds will be fine.
  8. I suspect are radar will look like this in the coming hours once instability comes in and lower dam. Can see its filtering down to North East England and near Scarborough way.
  9. That stream That stream going towards flamborough looks to be heading direction of Leeds. Can see what you mean looks like a pep of organised showers going into flamborough.
  10. Think areas 30 to 40 miles either side of the branch will be in the stream or at least impacted. So anywhere from Leeds/Bradford right to Derbyshire/lincs in the boundaries
  11. It does looks a fraction lower for depths in south of region, but if you look closer evidence for streams of showers and even those arounds Leeds, who looked to miss out more. Looks good from harrogate all the way southwards! Still think a lot more will fall. They are always under done right up to the event.
  12. Unbelievable all that rain today and settling on surfaces. Coming down thick, fast, heavy and blowing as well!❄❄
