Amazing! Even more amazing is that here in Deal Town itself, barely a flurry! So we can't get out of town, but have no new snow to go and enjoy!

Have you had anything tonight? We've had nothing at all six miles up!

Not a flake all day here, and a mad busy day at work with people off 'because of the snow'! Any chance they will be able to use that excuse legitimately over the weekend/tonight? everything seems to the west of us, and I havent been able to keep up with weather watching today

Very, very black, threatening looking cloud to the north - and, like yourself, flakes blowing about. Temp just risen to 0.1deg c (would have been my first ice day since recording 4 years - but, meh!)

Thank goodness!! If it's there, it should be here in an hour or two - I'd almost given up hope!!

I feel your pain, my friend!! But not today!! Actually getting quite heavy now. And I HAVE woken the kids up - getting the sledge ot of the shed (had it for 9 years without use) and going to stop radar watching and go and play!!

Might be the first time down here by the sea (Blenheim Road) has got more than yo gys up on the hill!! Just shows how very very localised this can be. Seen those clouds coming in?!

Absolutely a DEAL!!!!!! I am considering waking the kids up . . . even though they REALLY need the sleep!! Still snowing moderately here - 8cm lying snow and the radar looks great for a good few more hours. Like my town friend above, Deal often misses out so if it's a Deal steamer . . . about time!!
