i am looking for some help regarding finding a weather station to be situated remotely at a model flying site , we need a station to provide wind speed and direction , maybe temp if possible , all of these appear to be standard , however the site is unmanned with no power or data link , we could arrange a suitable dc power however we would like a system with a sms function that works via a text back report , as keeping an open 3G data link would be very costly , similar to the way that the GSM trackers work with a pre paid SIM card ..
Anyome me know of any systems or interface,s that may fit the bill
